In One Paragraph
Zenora Spa Lahore provides non-medical wellness treatments — professional massage only — delivered by certified therapists. We are not a clinic, and our therapists are not doctors, physiotherapists or chiropractors. Nothing we say, and nothing on this website, is medical advice or a diagnosis. If you have a medical condition, an injury, or please speak to your doctor before booking, and tell us about it so we can keep your treatment safe.
1. Our treatments are not medical care
Zenora Spa Lahore is a licensed day spa and therapeutic massage centre. Our services are provided for relaxation, comfort and general wellbeing.
- We are not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, physiotherapy centre or chiropractic practice.
- Our therapists hold recognised massage-therapy certifications. They are not medical doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, chiropractors, dermatologists or dietitians.
- Nothing said by our staff and nothing published on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis, prescription or treatment.
- Our treatments are not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional, and should never delay you doing so.
- We do not prescribe, adjust or advise on any medication, supplement or medical device.
2. No treatment or cure claims
We describe our treatments in terms of how they generally feel and what they are traditionally used for — for example, easing muscle tension, aiding relaxation, or improving how your skin feels. Those descriptions are not claims that any treatment diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents or mitigates any disease or medical condition.
Specifically, we make no claim that our treatments cure or treat back conditions, arthritis, sciatica, migraine, depression, anxiety disorders, insomnia as a clinical condition, hormonal disorders, circulatory disease, skin disease, weight conditions, fertility, or any other diagnosed illness. If you are seeking treatment for a medical condition, please consult a qualified doctor.
3. Conditions you must tell us about
Please complete our wellness intake form honestly on your first visit, and tell your therapist about any change before each later visit. Disclosure lets us adapt safely — in most cases we can still treat you, simply differently.
| Category | Please tell us if you have or have had |
|---|---|
| Cardiovascular | High or low blood pressure, heart disease, previous heart attack or stroke, a pacemaker, deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins, blood-clotting disorder, or you take anticoagulants (blood thinners) |
| Metabolic | Diabetes (particularly with reduced sensation in the feet), thyroid disorder |
| Neurological | Epilepsy or seizures, multiple sclerosis, nerve damage, numbness or altered sensation, migraine disorder |
| Musculoskeletal | Recent fracture, dislocation, sprain, disc injury, osteoporosis, arthritis, joint replacement, spinal surgery, whiplash |
| Surgical | Any surgery in the last 6 months, implants, stents, or an unhealed scar |
| Skin | Eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, open wounds, sunburn, active acne, fungal or bacterial infection, cold sores, recent laser or chemical peel, recent waxing, recent tattoo or piercing |
| Respiratory | Asthma, COPD, or any breathing difficulty |
| Immune / systemic | Cancer or cancer treatment, current or recent; any auto-immune condition; fever or active infection |
| Allergies | Any allergy or sensitivity to nuts, oils, fragrance, latex, essential oils, clay, honey or shellfish |
| Medication | Any prescription medication, particularly blood thinners, steroids, sedatives, muscle relaxants or Roaccutane / isotretinoin |
| Other | Recent alcohol consumption, recent vaccination, contact-lens wear, dental work in progress, or anything you are simply unsure about |
If in doubt, tell us anyway. Nothing on this list automatically rules you out of a treatment. It only tells your therapist what to adapt. Withholding information is the only thing that makes a treatment genuinely risky.
4. When to consult a doctor first
We ask you to obtain clearance from your doctor before booking if you:
- are undergoing, or have recently completed, cancer treatment;
- have a heart condition, uncontrolled blood pressure, or a pacemaker;
- have had surgery within the last six months;
- have a diagnosed blood-clotting disorder, or take anticoagulant medication;
- have uncontrolled diabetes, or reduced sensation in your hands or feet;
- have epilepsy or a seizure disorder;
- have a suspected fracture, disc injury or acute inflammation; or
- have any condition you have been advised to avoid heat, pressure or massage for.
Written clearance is not required — your doctor’s verbal confirmation to you is sufficient, and we will note it on your record.
5. When we will not proceed
Our therapists may adapt, substitute, shorten or decline a treatment on safety grounds. This is a professional judgement and is never negotiable. Reasons include a fever or active infection, a contagious skin condition, an open or unhealed wound, an acute injury, suspected intoxication, or a disclosed condition that makes the booked treatment unsafe.
Where we decline for safety reasons, there is no cancellation charge and any amount you have paid is refunded in full. We will suggest a safe alternative treatment where one exists. See our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
6. Normal after-effects
Some short-lived effects are entirely normal and are not a fault in the service:
- Mild muscle soreness for 24–48 hours after deep tissue or sports work — similar to post-exercise ache.
- Temporary skin redness or warmth where firm pressure was applied, usually settling within a few hours.
- Feeling sleepy, lightheaded or unusually thirsty immediately afterwards.
- A short-lived headache, or increased need to visit the washroom, as you rehydrate.
- Occasional small bruising where pressure was applied to a very tight area, particularly if you bruise easily.
Drink plenty of water, avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol and very hot showers for the rest of the day. If any effect is severe, worsens, or persists beyond 48 hours, contact your doctor — and please tell us as well so we can adjust your record for next time.
7. Products and oils
- We use cold-pressed carrier oils, essential oils, clays, salts, honey, shea butter and cosmetic-grade skincare products. Several contain nut-derived, honey-derived or fragrance ingredients.
- Tell us about every allergy and sensitivity before your treatment. We can substitute a fragrance-free and nut-free option in nearly every case.
- A patch test is available free of charge on request, and we recommend one if you have sensitive or reactive skin, or a history of contact dermatitis. Please request it at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Ingredient lists for every product we use are available at reception — just ask.
- We cannot accept responsibility for a reaction to an allergen you did not disclose.
8. Individual results vary
How a treatment feels, and how long the benefit lasts, differs from person to person and depends on your body, health, stress level, hydration, sleep, activity and skin type. Descriptions on this website, and any result described by another guest, are illustrative only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result or duration of benefit.
9. Your responsibility
By booking and attending a treatment you confirm that you:
- are 18 years of age or older;
- have disclosed all relevant health information accurately and completely;
- will tell us immediately if your health changes before or during your visit;
- will tell your therapist at once if anything feels painful, uncomfortable or wrong — they will stop or adjust immediately;
- will follow our staff’s instructions and the facility rules; and
- understand that our treatments are non-medical wellness services.
10. In an emergency
If you feel seriously unwell at any point during your visit, tell any member of staff immediately. Our team is trained in basic first aid, we keep a first-aid kit on site, and we will call emergency services and contact your nominated emergency contact if required.
This website is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call Rescue 1122 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department. Do not send a WhatsApp message or wait for a reply from us.

- We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
- Where an obvious error appears — for example a clearly incorrect price — we will contact you before your appointment and you may cancel free of charge.
12. Reviews, testimonials and imagery

14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Zenora Spa Lahore, its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any loss, injury, illness, reaction, or indirect or consequential loss arising from:
- health information you did not disclose, or disclosed inaccurately;
- your failure to follow our staff’s instructions or the facility rules;
- your reliance on general information published on this website; or
- your use of any treatment or facility contrary to our advice.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our overall liability is addressed in our Terms & Conditions.
15. Questions
If you are unsure whether a treatment is right for you, please ask us before you book. We would far rather talk it through, suggest an alternative, or tell you honestly to see your doctor first.
